How many kobe/lebron chrome refractors where produced?

Just curious the amount produced in comparison to kd's 1499.
Even if someone knows the production run figures.. How many cases etc.

Well, if there are 55 rookies in the set, and you get two refractor rookies per box, then a lebron is about 1 in 28 boxes, or about 2.5 cases.

If you estimate the total number of cases, perhaps 10,000 hobby/retail cases, then perhaps 4000+ total lebron refractors?

Kobe would be one in 110 boxes, or 1 in 10 cases, so if you estimate 3000 cases produced, perhaps 300+ total kobe refractors?

Sounds like we're on track :) we just need a confirmed number of cases produced.
If we knew the odds of pulling certain serial numbered inserts etc.. we can then work out the total number of cases.

Even with that many produce ebay sellers still listed them "rare" and expensive. Supply and Demand I guess. Good investment piece.
