I sold a card april 3 and sent it out april 5 certified mail the card was accepted on the 13 april and today the buyer opened a case stating the card was never received. i provided ebay resolution a certified delivery confirmation do you think ebay will side with me and the card was not insured.

How much does it cost to certify a regular bubble mailer. Going to be listing alot of cards starting this Sunday. And want to avoid such a thing.

I keep reading "certified", are you guys referring to Delivery Confirmation? Certified mail is expensive. It is .19 for DC using Paypal shipping.

For those of you just starting to use Paypal, remember the bubble mailer needs to be 3/4" thick. Throw in 1 packing peanut and you can select THICK ENVELOPE and are good to go.
