My mom being nice got me a box of cards from Kmart and it had these 2 "game used" cards in it ...I have no idea if its real or what ...the jeter is a jersey the other card is a REALLY nice patch but I have no idea if they are real at all

They are if what Upper Deck and Topps have are. They buy them from them or cut up ones already on the market put out by Topps, UD, etc...

They could be, it's not hard to create memorabilia. Used jerseys are easily accessible on MLB auctions. These pieces are so generic that they easily make their money back. Aren't these like 10.00 a pack to pull this crap? I don't see how they can legally make these unless they have a contract with Topps. Plus why can some joe schmo company create memorabilia with photos of the players in uniform but panini cannot..
