2014 Bowman Family 3 Jumbo Box Break, Mom wins this round.

Some of you know that I let my wife and kids pick out boxes for most products I collect. This time around it was 2014 Bowman. I watched a few breaks at the LCS on lunch, and went back when my wife got off of work so everyone could pick out their boxes. I get to help the kids open, they love it. My wife hit the card of the break, but each box was very solid.

A customer was in the middle of ripping a case and had already hit a Bryant black refractor auto. He pulled a Buxton red ice auto /25 while we watched. His jumbo case was full of color. Anwyway, I was looking forward to opening everything after we finished our evening.

Box 2 My Daughter's: She calls all the refractors and colored cards the pretty ones. She loves to tell dad she hit another pretty one.

I told her that she was looking for Abreu and how guys had opened tons of cases without a Bryant so it was highly unlikely that we would pull one. A friend was at the house watching breaking bad with us when she pulled it. When she showed it to me I jumped off of the couch and they thought I hit my head on the ceiling. Don't worry, I didn't. She didn't even see it was a Gold Auto Redemption. She just saw the name and was happy.

Thanks! This is the third break in a row that everyone has picked a pretty good box. The guy at the shop is really nice. He just lays a few boxes down for the kids to pick from. My wife has always done well with her box picking, she usually just call a box from the shelf. This time she picked the one under the box for individual pack sale.

Yea, some nice hits there. I'd let my wife pick out my boxes all the time if she hit that. BTW, the second box wasn't bad either.
