Prizm World Cup Which set should I chase?

I've been going through and thinking about which set to chase so here are the ones I have considered, let me know which one you think will be the best to do. I can only get one of the following so i'm gonna chase based on what ppl on blowouts think is best bc I am having a hard time choosing.

World Cup Stars Prizm Blue Parallel Lot

Neymar Jr. World Cup Stars Rainbow

Neymar Jr. Base Rainbow

I think that's what it is. I'm personally doing the /199 and the RWB prizm set. This has already become an expensive set and I'm not even half done yet.

the 199 set, is that for all the cards? I was only trying to do it for the 49 world cup stars cards?

I think it will end up being a couple hundred bucks, what do u think?
