Lonnie is sizzling...

I root for my prospects even after they lose their card values. Sooo, I have umm quite a few Lonnie Chisenhall chrome autos that I gave up for dead. Got to admit, I have enjoyed watching his boxscores and highlights this year. Anyone have guys that they are still rooting for that the prospect gloss has worn off on?

I just decided to pick up Chisenhall for my fantasy team today since Chubby Fielder is out for the season. No power yet by Chisenhall, but that batting average is nothing to cry about. He's still only 25 Years Old and maybe he can find his groove as a gap to gap doubles hitter rather than trying to be a 30+ HR hitter; Mark Grace is the first name that comes to mind as having an amazing career.

Devin Mesoraco has been flat out raking and forgotten about by the Hobby way too quickly. Howie Kendrick is turning into a great all around player also; don't count him out as a potential .330 hitter. Dee Gordon is becoming what everyone thought Billy Hamilton would be. Now if only my stashes of Conor Jackson, Chuck Tiffany, and Jenrry Mejia can pay my bills one day...

Lonnie is having such a great year, really becoming the player most thought he'd be. Such a beautiful swing. Here's my stash of game used Lonnie jerseys!

I lost faith in Lonnie last year, but I'm absolutely a believer now. Wow, he's been raking. And he's even hitting left-handed pitching today!

Haven't looked at the stats, but I have to imagine Santana doesn't have many more hits against lefties than Chizz has right now. lol
