Slots will be assigned by case via RANDOM.ORG - True Random Number Service (http://www.random.org)

Slot Information
1st two slots in each case will be the base slots
-----1st base slot (Box 1-3)/ 2nd base slot (Box 4-6)
-------includes Base #/249 & Gold Parallel #/25
Extra hits will be randomized in each case......unless.......a case is short hits.
----In the event a case(s) is short ALL extra hits will be set aside in order and the shorted slots will receive them in that order.(This will keep from having to collect money from everyone to have to give refunds)

IMHO no..but they will sell much better (big shame). The Rookie Auto'd patches are always the most sought after hockey rookie card out there, and the NHL sheilds are some of the top sellers year in and year out. You will have most of the bigs in here (Gretzky, Howe, Yzerman, Crosby,etc)....and I'm sure some redemptions

1/1 base parallels are high $$$ cards. We have always had them as hits. The chances of getting one are very rare. We didn't hit any in last years group breaks at all.

The base #'ed /249 & /25 will be part of the 2 base slots in each case.

We averaged 3-4+ extra hits in last years group break. We only had 24 slots per case. So I think there will be at least 1 extra hit per case thi go around. If there are extra hits in each case we will do a randomization for each case' slot holders.

You have to remember, some base cards may sell more than a "hit" card....lol They are getting 3+ cards as well.

I would say its on point right now. But you never know. If SP Authentic releases on the current release date, then I would say this is a go.

Once we get the true case price, we will need to lock them in.

If we do the 4 cases thats going to be $200/case to lock each one in.

Who will step up. I will throw a little something extra to whomever helps the case lock cause!!!:)! (minimum 2 slot holders)

I talked with Chris today and as of right now he will only be able to hold 3 cases aside for the group break.

If there is anyone swaying to not participate please let me know ASAP so we can condense the 4th case. Usually this is a last minute thing when people "don't have moeny":p.

As of now it looks like the product should come out on time.:rolleyes::p If thats the case than we have less then a month before the break

Its always been that way. We had a crap load of extra hits in 07/08. We based last years off 07/08 and we still had like 6+ extra hits from the 3 cases I believe.

I hate having base slots.

I have a question about the base parallels. I know I asked this way back when you first posted the group break thread but I didn't really understand your answer then (You said 1/1 base are hits. for the reasons robert stated!). I never saw Robert state anything so I didn't understand this answer.

The base have gold parallels #'d to 25 and black parallels #'d to 1. Why are the black parallels #'d to 1 not included in the base slot? Why would they be a hit slot?

I asked this question long before I ever got assigned a base slot so it has nothing to do with that. I'm just curious. I'm not talking about 1/1 printing plates which should be hits. I'm talking about;

1. Base Black Parallels and,
2. Rookie Cards Black Parallels.

It seems to me that since these are base cards, they should be included in the base slots.

Boxes have 6 cards but the hits and base are skewed it seems. One box had only one base and five hits while another had 3 hits, 2 base and a gold base parallel.

Sorry I wasn't around last night. I was busy listing Ebay auctions for the Boxes of Finest footbal I opened out of boredom.

As far as extra hits going to base slots holders. Thats out. We discussed it earlier. Reason being that some hit slots may be worse then some base slots. So if there are any extra hits we will be randoming them off after the break. The include any base & /25 base. Base RC's /25 are hits as well.

As far as Indy's 2 slots I will be going back through the thread to see who was next in line and go from there.

I'd think there'd be more viewers at night...like if you did it at 9 your time. The stuff is quick to bust but that wouldn't give you much time if you were planning to pack and ship that night.

I'd think there'd be more viewers at night...like if you did it at 9 your time. The stuff is quick to bust but that wouldn't give you much time if you were planning to pack and ship that night.

I doubt that I will be able to ship next day. there is too much sorting that needs be done with doing multiple cases, etc....
