Hi all,

Just wanted to get people's thoughts on something. I'm currently choosing between an MJ 2000/01 SPX Winning Materials jersey + warmup auto /23, and an MJ 1999/00 UD Final Floor auto /23. Assuming you would spend around $1,500, which of these 2 would you choose ? Thoughts would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I'd take the spx as well. Speaking of the Final Floor cards, what's the deal with the non-numbered autographed ones. Where did they come from?

They all came from different products in 1999-00. I pulled the redemption card for the FF1A card, and it came out of a box of 1999-00 Spx, worth at the time $9000!!! But the non auto ones came at a rate of one in 2500 packs, and again, could be found across many different products that year. They also had non auto jumbo versions that came as box toppers. If I remember correctly, I received jumbo ones in boxes of Legends. The set with legendary signature cards. So if you ever buy a non auto version be sure it's not the jumbo, unless of course you want a jumbo. Never seen or heard of a jumbo that was signed.

Funny you ask that I was wondering the same thing. In the case of the 2 cards I'm looking at, the SPX isn't numbered in writing on the card itself, but states on the back it was autographed by MJ. The Final Floor is numbered in writing /23 in this case, but I've also see many without the numbering.

Thanks everyone I think you have made my decision an easy one. It appears at the present moment the SPX may be no longer available :(. I was so ready to pull the trigger. Trying with the seller again now, let's see what happens...

As far as which card... I'd go with the final floor card all day long. It was a special for his retirement as a bull! With a piece of the floor where you took his last shot. After that he was never a bill again, so it only makes sense. Anything past that year doesn't make sense to ME.......

Although the other is a "cool" card, I'd go with the floor card.

That's exactly what I was thinking, given the significance of the floor of that last game. i.e. That there can be many jersey cards from random games, but getting a card signed jn 2000 containing a piece of the floor from his last game as a bull...I would have thought that to be the better choice, but the majority of the people seemed to go the other way which got me to hesitate....

I didn't think you could get the SPx for $1500. I'd definitely go for that one though - much nicer card IMO.
