2012 Goodwin - Entomology Redemption Help

So last night I pulled an Entomology Remdemption from 2012 Goodwin Champions. It expired 5/5/14, roughly 3 months ago.

Any chance I can still redeem this? Does anyone have any experience trying to redeem an expired UD redemption card? Any help is appreciated.

UD is a stickler to expiration dates, you are SOL. At least you didn't get as screwed as I did with this

They honored my entomology redemption a few weeks ago - nothing has arrived as of yet. Call them up.
