Last year I received a 2013 redemption from Allen and Ginter. It's a 2013 A&G Prince Fielder Red Ink Auto /10. I didn't redeem the card until earlier march of this year. My topps account still shows the card as pending. It's been roughly 23 weeks.
I don't have a lot of experience with topps redemptions, so I'm not sure if they are just behind or if I should call customer support? I've heard stories that you can have the auto replaced with something new. Any advice on what I should do? Thanks..

23 weeks isn't that long honestly. Some guys have waited 2 years lol. It all depends on if you actually want the card or would you be ok with a replacement. If you decide that you want a replacement, I would call Topps as soon as they open (at 9 am e.s.t). Just hope you don't get stuck with raspy voice. She's about as helpful as Jerry Sandusky as a Boy Scout leader.

Just called Topps now. Took 2 minutes to get through. No issue there. Not sure who I talked to, but he had a Spanish accent. After placing me on a brief hold, he told me that prince fielder has the cards and hasn't signed them yet. I asked him why Prince Fielder signed all his other 2013 A&G cards and not these. He said " Prince signs a lot of cards. He signs thousands of cards. His hands get tired. But who knows he can possibly send them out tomorrow. Check our blog. We update it every Friday."
I was so dumbfounded. I just said "Ok, thanks", and hung up the phone.
I guess I'll just wait..

I would call back tomorrow and try to speak to someone else. If you have to, speak to a supervisor

I thought all topps cards were signed in front of someone from topps?

No, I believe the verbiage is something to the effect of "signed in the presence of a Topps representative." If Player X's agent agrees to witnesses him signing cards for Topps, he becomes at that point a 'Topps representative.'
My LCS owner functioned in this capacity in the past for UD signings that were done in his region.
