PAYPAL question, selling need help!

Trying to sell an item to a member on here and when they try and send me paypal it says:

Sorry, the recipient does not accept payments using this payment method. Please try another option.

I have no idea why it would say this or anything like that.

are they trying to use balance or a cc or bml or what....maybe you have your settings set to not accept one of them....just a thought..probably wrong but just a thought lol

He said its paypal balance and backup is America Express card... I dont have any options set...

Yeah I am not sure. I have found another member here that had the same problem but I have no idea what it could be.

Does the buyer have a confirmed address. If you log onto Paypal and go to profile and the selling tools then block payments there is an option that wil block non-confirmed addresses on off Ebay payments. That is one possibility.

I clicked selling tools and block payments and didnt see that option anywhere

He's sending goods right? May have gift payments locked on yours.

Request money from him and have him try to pay that?

Yeah I also tried that and he said he got the same denial. it's so weird!! Never had a problem.
