Strange AD NT card

Was looking back at this trying to find a picture of the AD NT logoman 1/1 and found this page had it without the auto so still looking for that picture but also right next to it is a NT AD gold /25 with a 2 in it not a 23? So did panini make a mistake on his set or what happened with that and those patches makes no sense as seen here in link.

I remember everyone was asking the same thing when these pictures first came out. Don't remember if there was an explanation though. Might find your answer if one of the preview NT threads from last year.

I know the owner of the AD logoman. I saw the card personally at the last bigger show in Rosemont, IL. I see him once in a while at local shows as well. Super sick card. Yeah the other AD is definitely weird though.

The Patches were talked about heavily. The jerseys worn during the photo shoot were not necessarily their actual jerseys, as for the 2 die cut probably just a mock up that didn't get used due to the incorrect jersey number

I think the diecuts were a mistake on Panini's behalf and they had to remake some of those cards with the correct numbers. As for the patches, I think they're from the rookie photo shoot and, therefore, won't necessarily match their real uniforms.

But it seems strange panini would waste a patch on a 2 die cut when they know hes 23 right?
