Hey all! I'm fairly new to this hobby and decided to start selling some of my cards. I apologize if this question's stupid, but I was wondering if would be okay to drop my package in the USPS drop box or would I have to directly go to the PO and ship it there? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you are buying your postage through Ebay or just sending PWE then you can just drop them in the box once the postage is on them

Do bubble mailers work as well? Thanks for the reply!

You can only drop stuff in the blue box if it weighs less than 13 ounces.
If it weighs more than 13 ounces, you have to drop off at an empty counter at a USPS post office.

If you pay for the postage online and print the label you can drop anything that fits the restriction is for stamped mail only.

This is where I've been confused..
I recently found out you could put a small flat rate priority box in a mailbox container. But not a flat rate envelope? I've heard the whole "If it fits, it ships" slogan but then I think I read some where about it not taking flat rate envelopes...

The flat rate envelopes are suppoused to stay flat, some POs will not allow it others will. The Padded Flat Rate have no size restrictions as long as it closes on its own.

yes some PO's are hit or miss.. and beware they are two different prices too.. from the drop down menu youll see "flat rate envelope".. but then a bit further down is "padded flat rate envelope". i think its a .50c difference or something
