Seeking help

How long does one wait before they request paypal refund money. I bought a card from a member on here on 7/23 and have no card yet. Sent several PMs with no replies back. Got a shipping notification on 8/6 and all it says is that the PO has been electronically notified that they will be getting a package to ship.
Any help on what I should do and when. How much longer do I wait. Thanks

i usually wait 30 days as i think that is the time you have to wait before filing a claim. file a claim on the 23rd and say the item wasnt shipped.

Was this on Ebay or here? That makes a big difference in your time limits with Paypal.

If Ebay you have 30 days from the estimated delivery day. Anywhere else you have 45 days from the payment date.

Have you tried contacting the seller?

It was on here. I have sent several PMs with no reply. Members last activity was on 8/1

At this point if the guys isn't even communicating, it's time to go ahead and file. You are 25 days out from the payment date - that's a lot more leeway than the person apparently deserves.

His last I trader was neutral about lack of communication.

I'm having the same issue with a member on here. Label was printed July 13th but he said he didn't have his family ship so he didn't put it in the mail for about another 10 days. No card, no communication, nothing on tracking other than label created. I filed a Paypal claim although it's a long process to get your refund.

Hope yours gets resolved soon. Think I will wait until the 23rd, see what happens and go from there.
