Figure AP is not the best to take first overall in a PPR with a big ? at QB to boot. Figure picking between Charles and McCoy is like picking 1A or 1B. Was leaning a bit towards Charles at first but then coming back towards McCoy because I was thinking that KC OL is questionable so will Charles be able to have another big year like last year. McCoy will lose some catches to Sporles but I figure with a good OL he will still get very good numbers overall. Right now I am split with a slight lean towards McCoy. Other peoples thoughts?

McCoy. I saw what Chip has up his sleeve last night and I would say McCoy is the way to go

McCoy

Like you said they're very close, when in doubt go with the best offensive line in the NFL.

And Chip.

Chip rules.

Yeah, so. KC has a tough schedule, Alex Smith is still their QB, and that D is not the same as last year.

KC will be playing from behind a lot. Philly will be controlling the tempo through running and screens. I will take McCoy

Charles just lost another Lineman for 4 games if that helps any.

McCoy, without question. KC played 5 teams with a 2nd or 3rd string backup QB last year, so there defense had it EASY. They beat one team that was .500 or better. The AFC west plays the NFC west this year, that's four good defenses that Alex "Manage the Game" Smith has to face. Charles is very good, and a top ten pick, but I'd take McCoy every day. He's going to get multiple screens a game on top of his touches running the ball.

I want to say McCoy but part of me thinks Sproles might be somewhat of a handcuff and steal some catches from him. On the other hand, the Eagles do get to play the Cowboys twice so those will be two huge games for him. Can't really go wrong here I don't think.

Peterson in Norv Turner's offense is the best player to take.

Neither. I would personally go Lacy or Peterson.

McCoy.

Just can't see Lacy or Peterson being higher value. Those dudes MUST score TDs to offset less catches. McCoy & Charles both have it all--yards, catches, TDs

Here's the thing, Lacy WILL be the recipient of a TON of check downs. Mark my words. Not to mention the Packers finally have a legitimate "Inside the 5" TD battering ram now.

As for Peterson, well, even though I am a Packers fan I am willing to say he will still be a beast.

Peterson is not the best FF back when in a PPR league. Standard league Peterson wins hands down.

I am a Packer fan but no way would I ever consider Lacy. He is not the #1 player on offense their. He will be produce but there are several players I would take ahead of him in FF.

Exactly and just how many 1st year running backs have actually had worse second years. A lot! I know he won ROY but guess what so did A-train in the same class as Tomlinson/Brees/Vick/Ocho and so on. Green Bay has Rodgers & Cobb back also so there goes more touches of Lacy's.
