Open a general inquiry ticket.
Cite your current redemption ticket number(s).
Request replacements.
List whatever "ideal" choices for them to hopefully take into consideration.
Expect delivery in 6-8 weeks.

...or wrangle with trying to get a hold of them on the phone.

I would keep calling. And once you finally get a rep on the phone don't let go until it's solved.

If there isn't much value there, just tell them the teams you like and take the random replacements.

If there's anything you really want or decent value then hold out until they promise you specific players or cards.

This is why I only submit expired redemptions to Panini now. not worth the wait for anything else.

I am waiting on redemption replacements from just over a month ago and was told 4-6 weeks when they got back to me; sent a follow up request and will let you know what I find out.
