Moving Across Country... Again- Divesting my ENTIRE PC- Trout, Jeter, Griffey & more

So as many of you guys know, the Army decided to move my family and I from WA (where we bought a home less than a year ago), to North Carolina. Since we haven't owned the home very long, there isn't much equity in it; meaning it makes absolutely no sense to sell it. So, in an effort to maximize the promise of selling it, we are keeping the house; but that also means I need the liquidity to pay a mortgage in the event we can't rent it out timely. Anyways, I'm looking to sell everything (except my Griffey buyback and Jr./Jeter/Pujols Triple Ensemble autos).

That being said, I'm looking to move this stuff as a lot. The price is for the entire lot of cards shown. I will sell individually; however I'm ONLY taking offers for them- don't ask my best price, if I'm trading, or anything of that nature. If this stuff doesn't move here, I'll auction it off piece by piece on Facebook or eBay. The lot price includes delivery in the US, and as always, reasonable offers are welcome.
