Advice on who to start at QB week 2

I have a very good team (156 points in week one), but my weak link is at QB. I started romo in week one, but he sucked. Which of these should I start in week 2?

Tony Romo vs Ten
Or
Carson Palmer vs Giants

Romo. Game should be close and Romo should pass most of the game.

Cardinals might get off to a quick big lead.
