What is going on with Ebay?

I know they are going through changes with spinning off Paypal, but the amount of glitches and bugs on their site is unacceptable.

Also, I just called their customer support and entered the one time passcode....first a message said they were experiencing high call volume...then I get this:

"We are unable to answer your call due to an eBay Emergency Shutdown - good-bye" <click>......

I would assume it is a major hacker group doing a full on attack on eBay,PayPal.
I wouldn't be surprised if it were a Chinese or Russian outfit that received government funding for these kinds of attacks.

These groups never stop.
Expect your information to be out there.
Expect eBay to "be down" or slow for the foreseeable future.
