Quick ?.. Buying a case of cards from Blowout.

I am looking at buying a case of Chrome from Blowout. If I pay and have it locked in does it ship and arrive on the release date or do they not send out until the day of product release so you would get 11/27-28ish instead of the 11/26 release date.... Just wondering if anyone can help.

good question, unfortunately, there is no 100% accurate answer to that from my experience. I've ordered quite a few pre-release items and have run the gamut from receiving my boxes/case a day before release to 2 days after. I believe it also depends on where you live. I live on the east coast, so get them a day or two after they are shipped. You are farther in the midwest, could be a day later for you. I guess the average would be that you'd receive them the day of release.

Maybe the better question is.... When does Blowout send out....? Day before... Just like to break and list what I dont want to keep ASAP. Thanks for your help guys....

I live in Seattle and they use an Illinois distributor I believe for the West Coast. Every release that hits on a Wed I always get my cases on a Friday. Ajax1723 would be a good person to ask.

In my past experiences with BO case wise, if you have pre-ordered from them, they will ship to you so that you get it on release day as long as you are in a 1 or 2-day zone. For example on a Wednesday release. If you live in Alabama, and they drop-ship from a distributor in Ohio, and that is a 2 day zone, they would ship Monday, and you would get it Wednesday,. If you also live in Ohio, and it's a 1 day ship zone, you would see it shipped Tuesday, and still get to you Wednesday.

Otherwise, if you are in a later zone, it's just a matter of how far away you are. If you are on the west coast (CA), I believe it's a 4 or 5 day ship zone. The earliest they can ship is Monday usually, as that is when they get their cases. So if you are in a 5 day ship zone, it would ship Monday, and get to you the following Monday.

EDIT: Just realized you are talking about Thanksgiving week. Remember that Thursday, the 27th, is Thanksgiving and may or may not count as a business day for UPS, so that day can't be counted. If shipping time is that important to you and you aren't in a 1 or 2 day shipping area, I would pay for 2 day air, that will pretty much guarantee it. E-Mailing BO would put that into action, and they could also tell you what zone you are in from their distributor.

I've heard in the past that if you are in the west coast its worth paying overnight from bo.

May be a bit extra to overnight it from Ohio....but it'd be worth it.

Last year I got my case of chrome the same day of release. I live in jersey.
