Unhappy with Upper Deck

I'm extremely upset with Upper Deck after I sent them email chasing three cards I redeemed,
2011 Upper Deck Authentic Future Watch Spectrum 1/1 #147
2011 Upper Deck Authentic Future Watch Auto 1/35 #147
2011 Upper Deck Authentic Auto #76
They claimed they sent all three cards in two lots to my main man, HunterCaleb on here, whom I trust 100%. Jeremiah told me the never arrived.
These three cards cost me over $300.00.
Now today I find the checklist,

The three cards I bought as unredeemed cards, never existed.
Upper Deck lied and they know it.
Is there anything I can do ? Or do I just have to suck it up ?

They should have some proof of it being sent with a tracking number, if not, they should absolutely be on the hook for it, although not sure what you're supposed to do about it at that point

Call them one more time and explain it again. Maybe they were saying they sent replacements....?

If they stick to the story and if you're sure the cards were never made or sent, go to your local small claims court and file a claim against them. It'll probably cost you $50, give or take depending on where you are and you should be able to claim that amount in addition to what you lost on the cards. You won't need a lawyer.

Maybe they'll ignore the claim and you'll win. Then you'll have to figure out what to do with your judgement. Or maybe they'll fight it, in which case you may still win or if they pour enough legal resources into it to drag it out and frustrate you. Or maybe they'll just send you the cards to be done with it.

All these card companies need to be sued over their redemption processes. I'm shocked some enterprising attorney hasn't offered to do it yet.

This may make sense, as I told Jeremiah that any cards I buy and are not Tyron Smith he could keep.
I've asked UD what cards were sent out, and see if Jeremiah knows those cards.
