Sometimes, you run into a guy who's selling off his PC. Next thing you know, you just spent hundreds of dollars on a washed up quarterback.

Hey, sometimes you run into a nice looking card and you have to get it. Shields and superfractors are great buys no matter whose picture is on the card.

And if you stumble upon some Exquisites along the way...I mean...you can't just not buy them.

I am not an Eagles fan. I am not a Houston Cougars fan. No one buys Kevin Kolb for resale. There is no possible reason why I should be buying Kevin Kolb cards.

I always have those same urges to buy when i see nice cards like that so cheap.

Haha that actually looks really cool. I love focused PC's with lots of duplicates. The main question is, are you enjoying it? That's all that matters. It also helps that it's pretty cheap to continue adding to the collection without much upkeep.

You do have a problem, because the cards are pretty much worthless with no chance ever at increasing (as you stated earlier). But I feel your pain. I am at over 50 Foles Contenders now, and I can't stop buying. I fear one day you'll see a lot of 100 Foles Contneders on ebay for $99 obo.

Maybe he'll marry a Kardashian, win the gold medal in pole vaulting, or even become president.

I like the cards. And I would say I feel bad for you, but the guy who put that collection together is probably still having nightmares.
