I can't either, I use my phone quite a bit, just got the new iPhone yesterday so figured that's what the issue was. You on a laptop/desktop or phone?

Also, as soon as I set up my new phone, my PMs starts going to my junk folder in my emails, which doesnt seem like they'd be related because my phone doesn't control my email account but it's weird that the change happened as soon as I set up my email on this new phone

Exact same problem I have. Phone, laptop, it doesn't matter. Can't see most images and can't see attachments at all. When the PMs all started going to the junk folder, I figured some poo mmust've hit the fan on the technical side of things.
