Went through a single box of DC Woman of Legend and got this sketch card.

Does anyone know the character and the artist? It looks like Kokki something. I did a search but did not find anything.

Hah... I put the full list of artists and characters on Scoundrel for all the DC sets (except Superman) and no one uses those, either.
