Hopefully they call 20+ passing plays when he is in if this is true. If they run the ball a lot and he is in for just 1/3 of the plays he might have a quiet day.

When you know he's getting a ton of targets it becomes one dimensional and leads to interceptions.

Thats because Hoyer is not a good QB. An average to elite QB would kill teams by throwing to Josh Gordon.
