BF 2011 tier one box dilemma

I told myself when I bought this box on BF that I would probably hit a really nice redemption card and be upset... Well, just busted it and hit a redemption for a Top Tier Autograph of Hank Aaron that expired 11/30/2014. Can anyone with experience tell me if I have any chance at all of getting this? Any contact information of someone helpful to talk to would be great. Thanks in advance

The stating on the box that there is a hit is a lie. There is no reason that you shouldn't receive that card or one of equivalent value. Good luck.
