For displaying cards, would it bother you if a card's back was in poor condition and was given a grade as such, but the front looks fantastic? Or would you always know it's there and have it just eat at you.

Depends on the card. If we are talking a big money vintage card then no wouldn't bother me. If we are talking about new card it would bother me. Cause say I could get a Mantle rc psa 3 with the eye appeal of a 8 you bet I could live with it.

Depends, for vintage as long as the front is decent I'm not too concerned about the back. I don't have a huge budget like some vintage guys so if I can find a big name HOF'er with an appealing front at a nice price I could careless about the back. As for modern I think I'd be a little more picky about it as long as it wasn't a 1/1, but not sure because I haven't run across that scenario yet.

Depends on the card. I had a gorgeous Mike "King" Kelly original Allen & Ginter card. Back was a mess, but front was clean. Looked gorgeous and didn't bother me at all that the back was so bad.
