2x The Hobbit: Unexpected Journey/ 2x Game of Thrones Season 1

Pics below. I was a bit underwhelmed with 2x Hobbit - but I am happy I got Thorin's auto! No sketches. No one ring :(

Game of thrones I did pretty solid. Had to put a magazine behind one of the GoT pics. They blended in with my coffee table too well!

EDIT*** I did not realize how rare that writer's autograph actually was. I guess it was a solid break as well!

I guess it was a solid break as well! ]You also missed out on a lenticular card but as they only fall two to a case that isn't too surprising. Sketches were roughly one in three boxes so also a hard pull from only two. But you did pull one of the best regular autos, I think Thorin was one in two cases, and the writer's auto was one in six cases so you did do pretty well with the autos from just two random boxes :)

Wow - thanks for the clarification on statistics. Good stuff! Makes me feel better about the pull. These are lack luster boxes, still, as far as "fun-to-open".

Good question. I have a local store more into sports cards, so most of the non-sports stuff just sits. I don't think he keeps up with the pricing, either. I'm getting GoT S1 boxes for 99 each, and Hobbit boxes for 79 each.

Should I just clear him out of all his stock? He's got a ton left.
