Anyone aware of what i can in this situation?

Been very fortunate throughtout my eBay purchasing experience, but ever since I moved to FLA In apartment, ive won some auctions

first 2 arrived in mailbox no problem

now last 2 arrived tracking says Delivered, Parcel Locker

its just a bubblemailer, no different from any others, and theres no key in my mailbox

and now I just had another card delivered yesterday, and lo and behold same thing

Delivered, Parcel Locker..............and no key


Apartment complex can't do anything because its federal stuff, ive switched any future shipments to my parents house instead, but what sucks is I have 3 more cards coming to my current address :(

Called the post office, got same reply as last time "we will contact someone and get back to you, blah blah blah"

do I need to call the police?

Try USPS if they are the ones delivering it...

Go to the Post Office and tell them you're mail is being stolen. This happened to me and I talked to one of my neighbors and he noticed it as well. Turns out he Post Office already knew about it and already had an investigation going yet continued to deliver mail to us and told no one. Have them put a hold on your mail and pick it up at the post office a few times a week until it's resolved. Finally they took mine off hold because they changed the locks on our community mail box.

Your apartment cluster of boxes probably has a large section for parcels. Have you checked for that?

Don't they usually put a key to one of the large parcel lockers in the mail box of the person who it is delivered to? The OP appears to be knowledgeable about this sort of thing since he mentioned there wasn't a key in his box.

so I tracked the lady down that was here for mail, and she opened everything up and found my bubbler in someone elses box.................awesome

third time this has happened now

called the post office and just kindly asked for someone to re-train these people or just have them pay better attention going forward
