LOL, I thought the same thing. I assume he must know that the statute of limitations has passed. Still, not very smart especially if he is attempting to extort money from James and his Mom.

But for the sake of argument, lets assume its true and his rape of Gloria James can't be prosecuted. Wouldn't it be HIM that owes the James family money for unpaid child support? I've never heard of a deadbeat dad RECEIVING monthly payments from the child he abandoned.
