Horrible experience buying somewhere other than Blowout.

Ok I purchased some cards from 5th Floor Sports Cards on Dec 4th, owner said he shipped on Dec 7th. Well after around 5 days I contacted him and asked if I could have a tracking number which I never recieved. So finally he tells me the package was returned due to a shipping error so he says. So I ask him if there is any chance I get the package before Christmas as the boxes were Christmas presents, he said yes he was over nighting them and they would be here the next day. So the next day nothing shows I contact him again and he says they missed the UPS truck and would be out the next day, well that was a Thursday so in Friday I still didn't have the cards. Contacted him again and he said they were shipped but still wouldn't provide me with a tracking number so on Dec 22nd I still hadn't recieved them and contacted him again and also cancelled the credit card transaction. He says they were lost in the mail that he had just recieved the notification from UPS and that he was sending out another shipment that day and they would be here Christmas well needless to say I still haven't seen the cards and expect not to see them as I'm thinking he may have been trying to scam me out of my money. Buyers please beware, I am trying to get the word out that this clown is a crook and would greatly appreciate if y'all would read and possibly harass him a little on twitter. His handle on there is @5thfloorcards. I learned my lesson that always the cheaper price isn't worth the hassle and to always deal with Blowout.

Hmmm.......I wouldn't 25 days is sufficient enough time to mail something. I had multiple others packages delivered during the holidays and also how hard is it to send a tracking number when asked multiple times? I wouldn't have even been upset if I had gotten a tracking number like I asked for.

Have you talked with him on the phone or just email? I looked at the site. It definitely looks like him. All of his sites have the extra 5 percent off and low wax prices to lure you in. I would get on the horn with your credit card company. This guy is a certified crook and nutjob. I can't understand how he continues to get away ripping people off.

Guy was just a complete ass after I called him out on twitter. Then by then end of the conversation asked me to please delete my tweets, I politely declined and told him I didn't want someone else falling for his scams.

I wonder if that company just attracts the only people in every major US city that end their sentences with an exclamation point followed by a period? Haha I got the same excuses, hope the guy never has any kids because if so karma does come around every now and again. I would never use the excuse my kid was sick or any family member for that matter. I hope this dirt bag gets what is coming to him. Also he was extremely nice for the first 2 weeks and then after that he cussed and ranted about how much business he does and how I was the first person to ever have a problem with him and his company. When you call the credit card company to get the charge back it will say the charge went through somewhere in Ohio and this guy says his card shop is in Florida somewhere.

When.i asked if he could refund or reship...he gladly gave a new tracking number that doesnt show anything. His paypal Account is locked so he doesnt even know i put through a chargeback.

I started reading the "Customer Feedback" before I read your post... That is 90% of the website, the feedback! They must have stayed up all night smokin on a ... or bonging Jaegerbombs while just rattling off anything stupid they could think of someone saying - while, of course, adding the obligatory "!." to each, along with the company name.
