My last BGS order went well (20 for 23 BGS 9.5+)
I got one back that I thought was a candidate for a 10. It came back not reaching the 9.5 grade.
Have you ever resubmitted the same card and got a 9.5 the second time around? I really think they missed the mark on this one. The other two I put under the scope and saw what they saw, but this one I can't find the flaw.
I'm thinking about sticking it in with my next order and seeing what happens.
Has anyone ever had success with this. It is a gold auto #'d to 50.

Sure is worth it. Problem if you ask for a minimum is you don't know what they hit you on :/.
PM me if you wanna discuss.

crack and retry.
Im my last submission I did, I had 3 cards not meet a 9.5 min.
Re subbed them and 2 got a 9.5 and 1 a 10.
Take that in for a second. 1 of them did not meet a 9.5 min and then got a 10.

Would think that the graders might get a little fatigued at some point... So I can understand some harsh or on the other end of The spectrum lenient grades.
I've have success with resubs in the past so I would say crack it and try try again.
Good luck :)

Check the surface on the back.. that is usually were people miss the flaw. people inspect the front like crazy and the back usually gets a quick scan. If the card looks flawless and you don't see anything obvious resubmit it with out the minimum and good chance you have a 9.5 if not you will know exactly what it was.

I'm not mad at anyone, I get that no one is perfect. I've gotten cards back and realized right away why they didn't grade as well as I thought they would.
This isn't the case here.

I did that and I put every card under a 20x microscope (I'm friends with some science guys) and there wasn't anything I could see.
I'm chalking it up to human error and giving it another shot.
