A little help with packaging!!!!!!

I have a little project I'm just starting and I need the pros in this area to help me with packaging. I'm going to send mini pocket size helmets to former college players that were outstanding at their schools and I need help figuring out how to send them safely and cheaply. Obviously I'll send a pre paid package for return but what should I use to send them in, and any tips that can guarantee/help get an auto, any help appreciated, thanks.

I'd think your best bet would be to use some type of cardboard box for shipping the helmet in (this way it could be prestamped and ready to send back). Cover that up either inside another box, or maybe use a bubble mailer to cover it.
