2015 just arrived and happy new year.

Maybe it's a good time to look back the past year and recollect some good moments and stories, and show your best 5 pickups and write a few words about each. (It would be nice to check this up many years down the road and it keeps track of your yearly progress towards your goal).

Let us see some good cards and positive stories.

I have a few good pick ups, but I do have one good story. So it was just after spectra got released from basketball. I watched a few breaks on the produt to see if I like it. I usually buy 2 boxes or so at a time. There was a guy in there that is a regular customer that I didn't know. We began talking along with the other shop workers and such. The owners were telling me that they had a guy pull the 1/1 Clyde Drexler 1/1 patch auto. I was basically saying dam that would've been nice to pull. So I decided to buy the last Box of 13/14 Spectra Basketball and another box and forgot what that box was. I began to open the box of spectra starting with the jersey pack. The big hit of that pack was a Kenneth Faried gold patch /10 (lost it in a hotel room that next day couldn't find it later). I then began to open the second pack. The half way point in pack was a redemption. I rezlied I pulled my first ever auto of this player and was so darn excited for it. I was like wait a minute aren't the black 1 of 1's. I told the shop worker hey look up this now and see if it's a 1/1. As he looked it up he said looked at me and no way!!!!! Please tell me you didn't pull card #7. I was still excited and oh yea. I realized I pulled the 1/1 Spectacular Swatches Signatures Black auto of Kyrie Irving. I just couldn't contain my excitement at that point. So the other customer in the store was like hey can I post it on blowout. I said I didn't mind. (That was how I found out about this website). Since then, the shop worker told me that guy swears up and down he told him not to buy that box of Spectra. That redemption was redeemed in August and still pending. Believe me, I will be learning some patience at 23 years of age now :)
