National Treasures Redemptions

Anyone else having trouble entering NT redemption codes? I went to enter the one that I have and it doesn't come up. Of course Panini being a major company has not been able to answer the phone at all today and assist me.

I tried last night and put in a ticket and got a response saying they'd be up and running just after the holidays when the checklist is revealed. (I too cannot get them to work yet.)
