Well I am trying to complete this 100-110 autograph set from Topps in 1998-1999.
I have done Google searches about these cards trying to find out more history behind these autos.
I talked to a friend of mine who said these cards came in a case of 12 boxes and you typically pulled 1 auto per case? Any idea if this was true? I thought you got 1 auto card per box? Anyone care to share pics of their WcW Topps autograph collection? I would like to see what other cool WcW autos other collectors have pulled back in the day.
If anyone has anymore cool information about these cards I would appreciate it.

Hi there, Indeed as Geoff said, where to begin.
In WCW Series 1 Autographs were 1 in 40 Hobby Packs. (Not sure about case size)
In WCW Nitro (Series 2) Autographs were 1 in 38 Hobby Packs.
In WCW Embossed Autographs were (around) 1 in 36 Hobby packs (but i think these boxes were 24 packs boxes, i could be wrong, I'm going back 10 plus years)
There are a bunch of unreleased autographs which are hugely sort after as well and then there are variants of lots of the autographs.
There are images on the wrestlingtradingcards.com website. Hope that helps.

Case size was 6 boxes for Nitro. Bust close to 6 cases of that stuff in the 2007-2008 time frame. Used to be able to pick up cases for under $200. Always a fun Rip. Never cracked a case of series 1, but i believe they were 6 box cases as well.

Thanks for the info jdbuzz44 much appreciated. I collected the WCW autos in 1999 and 2000. Stopped for a while. Got back into heavy in 2004/2005 and scored some damn nice cards for pretty cheap. Stopped in 2005 and got back into it 2015.
What I wouldn't give to find a case of 6 boxes for $200.00 and try and pull some cool WCW autos. :D

I did collect a few between 1998 - 2001. Sold a lot of them off and haven't picked up any new ones recently.
Did you see this thread on wrestling news in the Beckett?

Had a friend score me some sealed boxes of each product from his lcd for pretty cheap. Hit some cool autos but nothing too big. This stuff can be found randomly cheap but its a constant search to do so.

I have had lots of fun the last few days with these WCW Topps cards.
Thanks to jdbuzz44 for selling me a Scott Norton autograph card. (I will let you know when I receive it).
Over the weekend I went to a Flea Market and picked up a Rick Steiner and Brian Adams. I paid $40.00 for the pair.
Fantastic day!!!!
