Nothing since The Deep. I really liked their cards and did great with my cases.

I've been wondering the same. Their Facebook page hasn't been updated since 2013. I love their sets and hope they make more! They pretty much all sell out, so I would think there would be incentive to make another set. Fingers crossed!

They've said they're just on hiatus, but I haven't heard anything specific lately. Ashleigh's got a couple jobs going, though, so she's pretty busy.

They were hurt with sales of The Deep and Insectae ...
Not sure if / when they will be back in the game.

I messaged them on Facebook several months ago and they said they will be back. They just wanted to take a little break. Not sure when they are planning on coming back.

I thought I saw them say they were going to try board games.

Glad to hear it may be temporary. Insectae was great, The Deep almost as good. I think there was a drop off in wow from Space to Cryptids and maybe that did it.

I messaged them on Facebook too and got the same response that they are taking a break but have future plans. They said they wanted to do a dinosaur set but someone beat them to the punch. We miss you viceroy hurry back!

Cryptids came before Space. Carnival was after, I think. The fact that Space is the favorite just follows my pattern of never being on the "best" sets, whatever those are :P

correct and Cryptids was a huge seller... space, even bigger.
I know that months after the release of Insectae and The Deep, blowout still had boxes for sale.

I think they still have them now. I know some people really loved those sets, but 1000 was way to large of a production run.

Too bad. I would have really enjoyed a dinosaur set from Viceroy. They should still do it! But they should limit that sort of thing to 200-400 packs. Keep the people wanting more. They can always do a sequel :)

The last I heard they were still planning on doing one but decided to wait awhile.

I suggested to them instead of doing Dinosaur to do Prehistoric so they can add the whole icae age in there too.. also suggested Viceroy Zoo.. it has a nice ring to it imo

Still around, just took a break to road trip and travel around the country for fun. Also recently moved to Carmel, IN to get away from the Las Vegas heat for a year. Anyone live around here? Moving back to Las Vegas after this coming Summer though.
Also got into board game design and possible production. Even contemplating publishing a board game that has sketch card 'boss cards' or 'character cards' in each box. You buy the base board game, then buy inexpensive booster style packs (if you want, not required) that add a new sketch card character to the board game, maybe with unique abilities and stats. Just an idea we're kicking around.
Also been prototyping different sketch card types and sizes. I kind of want to try new crazy, unique, or weird ideas with trading cards in small batches.
So yeah, more soon!

Very cool. I think board gaming is having a bit of a renaissance. It's still a niche audience, but a pretty hardcore one if you target teens to adults.
I run a videogame company and sometimes I think more of our developers play board games than videogames. We even have board game rooms/tables set up in the studio. As entertainment forms get more technologically advanced and/or more solo, it seems like folks want to go back to do something more casual/social that reminds them of the old days. Good luck with your ventures.

Great to hear! I would love more products along the lines of Space & The Deep! Those were a lot of fun.
