Sent Mort Walker some items to be sketched and received these today! I love me some Beetle Bailey cartoons!

8 1/2 x 11 Backer Board (I sent this to protect the envelope, index cards, and autograph card but he sketched the board...pretty cool)

I'd frame those bad boys! That is probably one of the coolest TTM I have seen yet.

What did you write in the letter to ask him to sketch a few things for you?

I was thinking of trying to send a letter to Bill Watterson (Calvin and Hobbes) but I am at a loss of what to write in my request.

Well from what I found online today Bill DOES NOT sign autos! So....I am going to try Jim Borgman (Zits Cartoon) who lives here in Cincinnati! Hopefully it works!

Sorry didn't see this question until now:

I just write a fan letter saying how big of a fan I am...mention something about the cartoon and how long I've been reading it. I told him my favorite characters and asked if he could sketch them for me....thanked him for his time, etc...pretty short overall.
