Anybody else purchase this? I thought it was a great deal with the Amell wardrobe.
Only problem was my binder was ripped and its costing me $16 to send back the binder to quality assurance w/o the card. do they reimburse this by any chance? i mean, half the cost of the binder i was better off buying another.

Ouch. You buy direct from Crypto?
I would call them and see if it could be handled differently.

yeah direct and submitted the claim online. going to call, good idea. over phone is usually better. binder already shipped

Eh.. if the binder shipped.
I guess the good thing is that you'll get another M25 so, you should be able to sell that and recoup your shipping costs and then some.

haha, I doubt you'd ever get Crypto on the phone. I don't think they even have a public number. But hopefully you can get your money back somehow. :)

got in my binder replacement today. brand new, another M25 wardrobe card and 9 packs of Arrow. thanks cryptozoic!

Not surprised. Congrats. Some people must have issues with everything where they need to complain. I've never had an issue with Cryptozoic. They seem very eager to make things right. On the other hand I have a laundry list of complaints about QC and lame customer service with companies like UD & Panini.

the product is great. heck, many boxes even have an extra auto. i really enjoy this set, so i'm gonna get some more.
