I just don't have a feel to the logoman. It is just a white color(40%), auto (20%), logoman (20%) window and player (20%). It is not like I have anything against white color, but it is just that it is used so much with each Panini design.

I agree about the amount of blank white space on those. I mean it's cool if you have a guy with a huge signature, but it's going to look flat out stupid when a guy signs something like this tiny signature in that huge space.

Agree on both points. The logoman...I...I dunno. It's nice, but it's still 1-2 additional design points from hitting that 'Holy s***' note you'd expect from the big boy products. Maybe it's just the lack of an inscription from Exum (I'd assume that's why the extra white space is built in) that's throwing it askew.

Select, on the other hand, looks really, really nice. It's one of those products where the sell sheet mock-ups will never do the actual cards any justice. This thing is badass:

that gold xfractor looks amazing. it looks just like what a 14-15 finest card might look like. and the trey burke is a really nice design too. select might be a really good product depending on how it ends up exactly. i just wish it was about $30 less per box, but i might have to get a few right away anyway.

the black area autos in immaculate look nice, not mindblowing, i guess we have to expect or deal with the fact that immaculate will have these type of lower-level autos in that product to fill out the roster, i guess, even though theyre all hall of fame players. the silver ink on the black looks better than the gold from last year.

the premium patches, really similar to last year, i like how the swoops frame the player, it looks like the patch area is slightly smaller, maybe its exactly the same and just looks a tad smaller cause its a bendy box. im anxious to see the top sets from immaculate, will they have anything brand new like the shoes from last year, will there be more shoes this year, hopefully.

Love logo man design and white space. Why clutter it up more. Focus on logo and auto and nice simple design that looks nice.

I get the idea of leaving some room for inscription (or missing in this case). But they can put a very light watermark or brush color in the background. Even the white area on the player photo side is too much (like 10% of the card). That can easily put in some crazy rainbow foil or game action photo.

I just think that they worry about the card being too busy, but then they shouldn't just do less. The more I look at it, the more I feel this is just a prototype/unfinished product.

I really like these card designs, although I agree with what's been said about the logoman. Too much white space. On the other hand, the Immaculate shadow box autos look absolutely incredible. One of the best looking designs I've seen in a long time. And Select just looks great. That Trey Burke is real sharp.

I love you J, but I'm not sure you're thinking this one through. Exum has a 'narrow' (one lined) signature. Someone like Bird or DRob tend to need a bit more. I think, for once, they've been intelligent in regards to the signature space.

Immac is nice again, but it's all too samey samey for me. Real similar to the last 2 years. But oh well, stick with what works I guess.

The Select IMO is mind blowing, looks incredible.

No doubt there's more to come from Immac but I'd like to see them change it up a bit.

Dare I say, I'm actually looking forward to seeing Flawless. Either way, there's gonna be a cardboard frenzy over the next 6 months.

Those on card autos like the Burke in Select look amazing. As others have said, it definitely has that Finest feel. Not as big of a fan of the Exum Xfractor type.
