Are these autos fading?

Thinking about buying this card where the autos look like they are fading, is it worth buying or should I move on and find a nicer one

It really looks like it, could also be bad pens used but I imagine this think has had too much sunlight on it.,

Looks faded. When it turns that darker color (more black than blue) I normally just pass on it. I care more about the auto condition than actual card condition. To me a BGS 8 with 10 auto.. is better than a BGS 9.5 with 9 auto.

Its not the pen, it is faded because of light, or heat. I've had autographs back in the 90s that looks it was signed yesterday because I don't expose to light, or heat in the closet.
