Nice Pull - I have that exact same Big Ben Insert. And it is the case hit. And more rare since, there is no regular base card of Ben Roethlisberger on the checklist in 14Topps Chrome. Surprising to me, how low that card is selling for on the Bay.

How come these refractors are case hits? They arent even numbered. It seems like a case hit should be much better than a non numbered insert refractor, no?

I am not sure why - but they are SSP inserts.
