Payne, Lavine, Goodwin, Warren

What kind of potenitial do you guys think the 4 guys in the title have?

Lavine has the most potential out of those 4 IMO but Warren and Goodwin good do pretty good but idk about Payne. I don't think he'll ever get enough playing time to do anything big.
