David and John Stockton enter the record books

After David Stockton dropped his first NBA assist last night, they now hold the record for most assists by a father and son pair.

Congrats to David for doing the hard work.

I live in Spokane and watched almost every one of his college games; I am shocked he made an NBA roster. He has great work ethic, sees the floor well, and clearly has a high NBA IQ, but he did not shoot well at GU and I figured his only chance of ever making the league was being a knock down 3 point shooter. I am very happy for him and hope he does well. Also, he was initially a walk-on at GU.
