What is up with them? They are on a 4, almost 5, game losing streak. They are about to lose to the a Wolves who are 12-43. They go from the 3rd seed to the 5th seed. I don't know what is going on...Where are the Wizards we saw at the beginning of the season/expected this season?

I picked the Wizards and the Warriors to come out of the East/West, respectively, before the season started. I look like a genius and an idiot at the same time.........

Why has Gortat's usage gone down is the important question. At the beginning of the season he was playing out of his mind, now it seems like a lot of jump shooting and not working the inside.

The diplomatic answer: Beal being out with injury has thrown a wrench into the lineup and they can't seem to get anything going or find anyone to step up to consistently score each night. Also, the team going through a tough stretch and "coming back down to earth" after such a hot start to the season.

The real answer (IMO): lack of mental toughness, lack of aggressiveness on both ends of the floor, poor coaching, a terrible bench that is getting exposed, and too many players, like chitownbears22 said above, settling and taking too many jump shots...if anyone watched last night's game against Minnesota, they talked about how the Wizards had only gotten to the foul line like 5 times the entire game, as opposed to the T-wolves 25+

KG threatened to throw the Wizards cell phones in the toilet if they won.

In addition to both of these, the Wizards have also committed way to many turnovers. They could have beat GS if it wasn't for their 26 turnovers! I'm going to the Pistons game this weekend. Hopefully they can turn things around.

Well...They lose to the 76ers, and that pushes their losing streak to 6. I will be at the game tonight. Hopefully they can finally get back on track.
