Sorry if this is a long post, but I take this league too seriously haha It's a fun and active league though

14 Team Total Points League with weekly lineup locks, 3 Player Keeper, $162 annual entry fee. We do keepers for 4 years and then redraft. This is the final year of keepers before redrafting.

Hitting Scoring [no negative pts]
1 pt per single, run, rbi, bb, sb,
2 pts per double, 3 pts per triple, 4 pts per home run, 10 pts per cycle

Pitching Scoring [no negative pts]
15 pts per win, 1 pt per k, 3 pts per QS, 3 pts per complete game, 2 pts per shut out, 10 pts per no hitter, 5 pts per perfect game, 8 pts per relief win, 8 pts per save

I won this league last year but I traded away $50 of this year's draft money to acquire Cutch, Molina, Teheren. So instead of starting with $260 minus your keepers for the auction, I'm starting with $210 minus my keepers. Trout with cost someone else $11 but would cost me $21 because you add $10 if you keep the same player again. So I drafted Trout for $1 his breakout year, kept him first year for $1, kept him last year for $11. I would say Trout is worth $60 in this league at draft. My team with keeper price listed:

C - Russell Martin $1 (FAAB)
1B - Anthony Rizzo $26 (DRAFTED)
OF - Mookie Betts $1 (FAAB)
3B - Kyle Seager $3 [$13] (KEEPER)
3B - Josh Harrison $16 (FAAB)
OF - Andrew McCutchen $37 (TRADE)
OF - Jorge Soler $1 (FAAB)
OF - Mike Trout $11 [$21] (KEEPER)
1B - David Ortiz $22 (DRAFTED)
C - Yadier Molina $12 (TRADE)
SS - Starlin Castro $1 (DRAFTED)
OF - Giancarlo Stanton $41 (DRAFTED)
SS - Javier Baez $22 (FAAB)
1B - Justin Morneau $5 (FAAB)
SP - Carlos Carrasco $1 (FAAB)
SP - Johnny Cueto $9 (DRAFTED)
SP - Mike Fiers $2 (FAAB)
RP - Mark Melancon $1 (FAAB)
SP - Bartolo Colon $1 (DRAFTED)
SP - Zack Greinke $29 (DRAFTED)
SP - Hisashki Iawkuma $19 (DRAFTED)
SP - Julio Teheran $3 (TRADE)
SP - Jered Weaver $18 (DRAFTED)
RP - Sean Doolittle $1 (FAAB)

So do I keep Trout ($21), Cutch ($37) and Stanton ($47) and start with $105? Or do I trade Trout for someone else's draft salary that would want to keep him and get back $40 to $50, keep Rizzo ($26) Cutch Stanton and start with around $150?

Thanks in advance!

I don't have a calculator but send greinke weaver iwakuma Baez Harrison all back for sure. Don't know what that leaves you. But draft from there cheap players. Your team is still real solid.

since you're already down $50, to save some $$$ I would keep Trout, Rizzo, and Soler, as it would still leave you enough money to grab a stud or two. I'd also consider seeing if someone would trade for Rizzo, Stanton, or Cutch before the draft if your league allows year round trades.
