UPDATE:

I have been emailing Charlie Albert for a few days now. there have been three occasions where he has stated he would take the package to the post office "tomorrow", each followed with an excuse on why he's sorry but couldn't do it.

On Monday he claimed he would give me a partial refund and ship the item out on Tuesday. Turns out he forgot he had a doctor appointment yesterday after school and couldn't go to the post office.

Today I emailed him about the partial refund because I have yet to receive it. I got this email a few minutes ago...

"You'd like me to refund you money I don't have ..."

Needless to say, I have given up and opened a refund request on PP. I have saved every email and message from him. My question is, how long do I wait before I escalate the claim?

NOTE: He has REALLY been trying to work the "I'm in school and I have football practice and I have family things to do" angle. Don't let him guilt you into feeling bad for some poor overworked and busy kid...he knows what he is doing.

Ended up getting a tracking number but the package hasn't been accepted by a post office yet. Ill keep my eyes on it and hope he drops it off. Hopefully it goes smoothly. If not Ill be following your route :) Thanks!

That's what he did with several people. We got tracking info but he never dropped it off. Look up some of his other threads...it happened with every other sale he's had recently.

It's tough trying to make transactions with some of the kids on these boards.

Some of these youngsters need a firm lesson on responsibility you make a binding deal with someone follow through on your end it's a pretty easy concept!

What really bothers me with this particular deal is he accepted money then claims he has no funds to reimburse, just sucks good luck OP!
