Has anyone had any luck with Upper Deck redemption replacements?

I've been waiting about two years on a Bernard Pierce Exquisite RPA, I sent them an e-mail requesting a replacement. I rarely see anyone ever post about UD replacements.

Was curious as to others experiences with the process.

I am sure if you dig deep enough you'll find UD CS threads. I haven't had to deal with UD in awhile.

Yeah I did a quick search, couldn't find a whole lot. Was curious if anyone had any luck recently, I've never dealt with them regarding this type of thing.

I sent in a Paul Horning 2013 redemption in August 2014. Asked last month what is going on was told they are trying to lock Hornung down to sign but if I wanted I could request a replacement. I have not as I am still hoping to get it. I figure that I might not get anything good to replace it with.

I had a great experience about a month ago...

I had 2 redemptions with UD, for 2 different Tony Dorsett cards. I reached out to Chris Carlin of UD and he told me that it was HIGHLY unlikely that Dorsett will be signing the cards because he wanted more money. So I decided to ask for replacements, hoping that they wouldn't bend me over and shove it in raw. I think I made out very well!!!

I already have one of these, but I'm ok adding another to my PC...

I search multiple times a day on eBay for Dorsett autos and I have NEVER seen the next 2 cards, EVER.

I didn't even know they existed!

I had a GREAT experience with upper deck at the national last year
I was sitting in their booth busting cases of retro and I pulled a luck /50 pmg and the serial number stamp on the back was jacked up so I asked to get some wvu cards
you have to go back to the timeframe to realize how well they treated me
I got a geno smith 50/50 pmg and a 1/100 pmg, also got a Stedman bailey pmg /50
and to my surprise(I thought this was a fair replacement)
I got a geno smith/tavon Austin dual patch auto /5
and a tavon 31/50metal universe pmg
I even called them to make sure it wasn't a mistake
