Ebay question

So I purchased a card about a week ago. Nothing suggesting card was sent. The seller hasn't responded to any of the 3 messages I've sent him since. How long should it be since I file for a refund? Or for that matter how do I even go about it if the seller doesn't respond at all for another week or so? Sorry if wrong section

I think there is a drop down section that you, as the Buyer, can select. ITEM NOT RECEIVED. I believe you have 30 days to contest a purchase. There are numerous cases where a seller thinks their item sold too low and refuse to send the item out. Hopefully things work out for you.

I say give it a few days. Sometimes crap happens to people and their EBay sales are not the priority any more

Thank you fortunitely it's nothing too expensive. It was $40 bin that he accepted my offer of $30. Has a pretty good rating too just weird that he hasn't responded to any of my messages :/ it is from China and this is why I've always been skeptical of buying from overseas lol
