How can you tell a real Jordan shoe from a fake?

I've been looking at some Jordan's on ebay. Jordan 4 fire red
However jo just noticed that there are a few that look like the size tags are different in the inner part of the shoe.
does this mean it is a fake? Or what should I look for?
An example of what I a, referring to are these 2 auctions for example
This one has the tag inside showing that it is a size 10US 9 UK

Where this one doesn't have the same tag of size

almost impossible to tell if there actually fake by just a picture.

Advice: Dont buy shoes off of ebay, theres a ton of reputable online stores that will have what your looking for, you just may pay more for them.

If you can't dunk like MJ when you're wearing them, then they are fake.

I partially agree, if they are available online, then do it through eastbay,Nike, etc. Only a reputable site. As for eBay, stay with United States sellers. There are many shoe collectors that buy and hold. In addition, there is a thread on here that has many shoe collectors on it. You could post the question there. I myself check YouTube.
